Alongside this, we integrated a G3 GivEnergy 5kW hybrid inverter and a 9.5kWh LiFePO4 battery to store surplus energy for use in the evenings. To further enhance the property’s appeal, we added an EV charge point, making it convenient and reassuring for holidaymakers who arrive in Cornwall with their electric vehicles.

Despite the homeowner living outside the county, effective communication and close collaboration with South West Frames ensured a seamless process, including obtaining planning permission. As a result, this Mullion Cove holiday let now enjoys lower running costs, greater guest appeal, and a significant step towards sustainability.
